Free Swiss shipping on jewelry.
Jewelry ships free within Switzerland. Sculptures and selected decor pieces may carry an additional shipping fee depending on size, weight or packaging. Any additional cost is shown clearly at checkout.
International shipping is available on request. Reach out to us at team@casual.swiss before placing your order and we'll arrange everything.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem.
Return any unworn item with its original tag intact — free at our store in Bern, or by post at your own cost.
Free in-store returns at LOEB Bern, Spitalgasse 47–51 — no appointment needed, just bring the item and your order confirmation.
To start a return, just reach out to us at team@casual.swiss or message us on WhatsApp. We'll take care of the rest.
Please note: items with the security tag removed or damaged cannot be returned. Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
