Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Switzerland are delivered within 1–2 business days via Swiss Post. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Jewelry ships free within Switzerland. Sculptures and selected decor pieces may carry an additional shipping fee depending on size, weight or packaging. Any additional cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Reach out to us at team@casual.swiss and we'll arrange international shipping for you personally.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return a product?
Return any unworn item with its original security tag intact. You can return it for free in-store at our LOEB Bern location, or send it back by post at your own cost. Just reach out to us at team@casual.swiss to get started.
Can I exchange for a different size or style?
Absolutely. Come by our store at LOEB Bern and we'll sort it out — no hurdles, no paperwork. We're here to help.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
That's the last thing we want. Contact us immediately at team@casual.swiss with a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out personally — fast.

What materials do you use?
Our collection includes sterling silver, stainless steel (316L), natural gemstones, semi-precious stones, and leather. Each material is selected for quality and durability. Care instructions vary by material — see below.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Sterling Silver: Keep dry. Avoid perfume, lotions, and chemicals. Polish with a soft cloth. Store in the pouch provided.
Stainless Steel: Highly durable and water-resistant. Wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine.
Gemstones & Semi-precious stones: Handle with care. Keep away from harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a damp cloth.
Leather: Keep dry. Condition occasionally with leather care product. Avoid water and direct sunlight.
How do I find my ring size?

Gift Vouchers
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Enter your voucher code at checkout online, or present it in-store at LOEB Bern or our Flora Style outlet.
Do gift vouchers expire?
No. Our gift vouchers have no expiry date — they can be redeemed whenever the time feels right.

Where are your stores?
We have two locations in Bern:
LOEB Bern (Main Store) — Spitalgasse 47–51, 3001 Bern, Ground Floor. Mon–Wed 9–19h, Thu–Fri 9–20h, Sat 9–17h.
Flora Style Bern (Outlet) — Marktgasse 32, 3011 Bern. Up to 70% off. Mon–Fri 10–18:30h, Sat 10–17h.
Can I try on pieces in-store?
Absolutely. More than 1000 pieces are available to discover in-store at LOEB Bern — jewelry, sculptures, gift ideas and seasonal pieces. Come in, take your time.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — gift wrapping is available in-store and for online orders at an additional cost. Just add it to your order at checkout or ask us in-store.
Can I get help by chat?
